<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:ITCAvantGardePro;font-size:12px;font-weight:200;">Information relating to the property covered by this contract may be passed on to commercial partners, in particular to websites. As a real estate professional (the Agency) and in compliance with European Regulation 2016/679, we inform our consumer clients that we collect and process personal data which is necessary to carry out our mission. This data may be passed on to the notary, the co-contractor, any financial organisations that may be responsible for the financing, as well as the administrations concerned (e.g. the local council for DPU). It will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for a period of five years in accordance with Article L 561-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, and for ten years with regard to the names and addresses of principals pursuant to Article 53 of Decree no. 72-78 of 20/07/1972. Our consumer customers have the right to access and rectify their processed personal data and may request (from the Agency) that it be deleted and transferred or exercise their right to object under the conditions set out in European Regulation 2016/679.</span></p>
