En application des articles L. 121-21 &agrave; L. 121-21-8 du code de la consommation, le Mandant a la facult&eacute; de renoncer au mandat dans un d&eacute;lai de quatorze jours &agrave; compter de la signature des pr&eacute;sentes.&nbsp; 
Si le Mandant demande que l&rsquo;ex&eacute;cution du mandat d&eacute;bute avant l&rsquo;expiration du d&eacute;lai de r&eacute;tractation, cette demande ne le prive pas de sa facult&eacute; de r&eacute;tractation de quatorze jours, tant que le Mandataire n&rsquo;a pas pleinement ex&eacute;cut&eacute; sa mission. 
Si le Mandant entend utiliser cette facult&eacute;, il utilisera le formulaire ci-joint, &agrave; envoyer en lettre recommand&eacute;e avec accus&eacute; de r&eacute;ception ou par courrier &eacute;lectronique.

Pursuant to Articles L. 121-21 to L. 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the Principal has the right to cancel the agreement within fourteen days of the signature hereof. 
If the Principal requests that the performance of the agreement begin before the expiry of the cooling-off period, this request does not deprive him/her of his/her fourteen-day right of withdrawal, on condition that the Agent has not fully completed its mission. 
If the Agreement intends to use this option, he/she shall use the enclosed form, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email.

The Agent shall begin its services and perform the agreement as soon as it is concluded, without waiting for the expiry of the fourteen-day cooling-off period.

In the event of a dispute, the sole competent courts shall be those of the registered office of the Agent.
