If the sale of the above-mentioned property should finally be formalised by means of a sale of securities or shares, the base price for the Agent&#39;s fees will remain as stipulated above, and not the net book value of the shares sold.

The current VAT rate is at 20%, this is subject to change according to fiscal law.

The Agent&rsquo;s commission will be payable on the date of effective completion of the transaction recorded by a notarial deed (if needed).

If a right of substitution or pre-emption is exercised, the commission will be payable by the Pre-emptor.

	<li>d&eacute;clare ne pas avoir consenti, par ailleurs, de mandat exclusif de vente non expir&eacute; ou d&eacute;nonc&eacute; /declares that he has not granted any other exclusive sale mandate, that has not expired or terminated ;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">s&rsquo;interdit de le faire ult&eacute;rieurement sans avoir pr&eacute;alablement d&eacute;nonc&eacute; le pr&eacute;sent mandat /will henceforth refrain from such grant without prior termination of this mandate ;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">s&rsquo;engage &agrave; produire toutes les pi&egrave;ces justificatives de propri&eacute;t&eacute; demand&eacute;es par le Mandataire et &agrave; l&rsquo;informer de toutes modifications concernant le bien et / ou le propri&eacute;taire /warrants to produce any document proving ownership requested by the Agent and to inform the latter of any modifications concerning the property and / or owner;</li>
