En tant que professionnel de l&rsquo;immobilier et conform&eacute;ment au r&egrave;glement europ&eacute;en 2016/679, nous informons nos clients consommateurs que nous collectons et traitons des donn&eacute;es personnelles n&eacute;cessaires pour l&rsquo;accomplissement de notre mission. Ces donn&eacute;es pourront &ecirc;tre transmises au notaire, au co-contractant, aux organismes financiers &eacute;ventuellement charg&eacute;s du financement, ainsi qu&rsquo;aux administrations concern&eacute;es (mairie pour DPU notamment...). Elles seront conserv&eacute;es pendant toute la dur&eacute;e de la relation commerciale et ensuite pendant une dur&eacute;e de cinq ans conform&eacute;ment &agrave; l&rsquo;article L 561-12 du Code mon&eacute;taire et financier, et pendant dix ans en ce qui concerne les noms et adresses des mandants en vertu de l&rsquo;article 53 du d&eacute;cret n&deg; 72-78 du 20/07/1972. Nos clients consommateurs b&eacute;n&eacute;ficient d&rsquo;un droit d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s et de rectification de leurs donn&eacute;es &agrave; caract&egrave;re personnel trait&eacute;es, ils peuvent demander leur effacement et leur portabilit&eacute;, ou exercer leur droit &agrave; opposition dans les conditions pr&eacute;vues par le r&egrave;glement europ&eacute;en 2016/679.

INFORMATICS AND LIBERTY, GDRP (General Data Protection Regulation)&nbsp;Data collected by the agent in consideration of this contract is subject to computer processing, necessary for the performance of his mission. Data concerning the property covered by this contract may be transmitted to commercial partners, notably websites. As a real estate professional and in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, we inform our consumer clients that we collect and process personal data necessary for the accomplishment of our mission. This data may be sent to the notary, to the co-contractor, to financial bodies possibly responsible for financing, as well as to the administrations concerned (town hall for DPU Urban Pre-emption Right&nbsp;in particular ...). They will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and then for a period of five years in accordance with article L 561-12 of the Monetary and Financial Code, and for ten years with regard to the names and addresses of the principals under of article 53 of decree n &deg; 72-78 of 07/20/1972. Our consumer customers benefit from a right of access and rectification of their processed personal data, they can request their erasure and portability, or exercise their right to object under the conditions provided for by European regulation 2016/679.
