<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:ITCAvantGardePro;font-size:12px;font-weight:200;"><span class="titre_p" style="font-size: 18px; font-weight: 900;">INFORMATIONS RELATIVES À LA SIGNATURE ÉLECTRONIQUE</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight:600;"><span style="font-family: ITCAvantGardePro; font-size: 12px;">La solution sécurisée retenue pour signer ce document électroniquement est Oodrive.</span></span><br /> <span style="font-size:10px;"><span style="font-family: ITCAvantGardePro; font-weight: 200;">Cette signature est conforme à la loi n° 2000-230 du 13 mars 2000 portant adaptation du droit de la preuve aux technologies de l'information et relative à la signature électronique.<br /> L’intégrité du document signé, c'est-à-dire l’absence de modification, est garantie par un certificat électronique Docapost (tiers de confiance).<br /> Le document peut être signé à l’agence (signature sur tablette) ou à distance par email + code d’accès personnel.<br /> Une seule signature suffit à valider tous les documents, pour cette raison l’apposition de paraphes ou de signatures sur chaque page est inutile.<br /> Le style de la signature, manuelle ou avec les styles proposés par le logiciel, ne change rien à la force probante de celle-ci. <br /> Les documents signés numériquement protégés par le certificat peuvent être dupliqués tout en gardant leur force probante.
