After a period of three months from the date of signature, the mandate may be terminated by either party at any time with fifteen days&#39; notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

It is hereby specified that only the exclusivity clause may also be terminated, under the same conditions as the mandate itself, after the same three-month period from the signature of the mandate
