			Cette signature est conforme &agrave; la loi n&deg; 2000-230 du 13 mars 2000 portant adaptation du droit de la preuve aux technologies de l&#39;information et relative &agrave; la signature &eacute;lectronique. 
			L&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; du document sign&eacute;, c&#39;est-&agrave;-dire l&rsquo;absence de modification, est garantie par un certificat &eacute;lectronique. 
			Le document peut &ecirc;tre sign&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;agence &quot;pr&eacute;sentiel&quot; (sur tablette ou SMS) ou &agrave; distance par email + code d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s personnel (SMS). 
			Une seule signature suffit &agrave; valider&nbsp;tous les documents, pour cette raison l&rsquo;apposition de paraphes ou de signatures sur chaque page est inutile. 
			Le style de la signature, manuelle ou avec les styles propos&eacute;s par le logiciel, ne change rien &agrave; la force probante de celle-ci. &nbsp; 
			Les documents sign&eacute;s num&eacute;riquement prot&eacute;g&eacute;s par le&nbsp;certificat peuvent &ecirc;tre dupliqu&eacute;s tout en gardant leur force probante.&nbsp;Pour cette raison nous ne mentionnons pas le nombre d&rsquo;exemplaires originaux et ce, en conformit&eacute; avec l&rsquo;article 1325 du code civil.</td>

INFORMATION RELATING TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE 
This document and any appendices are signed electronically with the integrated solution to clap.legal or other. This signature complies with law n &deg; 2000-230 of March 13, 2000 adapting the law of evidence to information technologies and relating to electronic signatures. The integrity of the signed document, that is to say the absence of modification, is guaranteed by a&nbsp;electronic certificate.&nbsp;The document can be signed at the &quot;face-to-face&quot; agency (on tablet or SMS) or remotely by email + personal access code (SMS). A single signature is sufficient to validate all documents, for this reason the affixing of initials or signatures on each page is unnecessary. The style of the signature, manual or with the styles proposed by the software, does not change the probative value of it. Digitally signed documents protected by the certificate can be duplicated while retaining their probative value. For this reason, we do not mention the number of original copies, in accordance with Article 1325 of the Civil Code.
