The integrity of the signed document, i.e. that it has not been altered, is guaranteed by an electronic certificate that is part of the PDF document. The document can be signed in person at the branch (on a tablet or by SMS) or remotely by email and a personal access code (SMS). A single signature is all that is required to validate all the documents, so there is no need to initial or sign each page. The style of signature, whether manual or using the styles suggested by the software, has no effect on its probative value. Digitally signed documents protected by the certificate can be duplicated while retaining their evidential value. For this reason, we do not mention the number of original copies, in accordance with article 1325 of the French Civil Code.</span></span></p>
