L&rsquo;apporteur d&rsquo;affaires, qui est &eacute;tranger &agrave; la soci&eacute;t&eacute; et n&rsquo;est li&eacute; par aucun contrat de travail ou d&#39;agent commercial, est amen&eacute; par son action personnelle d&rsquo;information, &agrave; apporter &agrave; l&#39;Agence une information pr&eacute;cise et d&eacute;terminante sur un bien ou des clients vendeurs/acqu&eacute;reurs.

Il n&rsquo;intervient pour le compte de l&rsquo;agence immobili&egrave;re qu&rsquo;&agrave; titre exceptionnel.&nbsp; 
Il n&rsquo;a aucun mandat, ni de vente ni de recherche.&nbsp;

L&rsquo;apporteur d&eacute;clare que son activit&eacute; professionnelle habituelle ne lui interdit pas d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre apporteur d&rsquo;affaires et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;exerce pas d&rsquo;activit&eacute;s concurrentes.&nbsp; 
The business introducer, who is external to the company and is not bound by any employment contract or commercial agent agreement, as a result of his/her personal research, provides the Agency with precise and decisive information about property or clients in the market to sell/purchase property. 
He/she only acts on behalf of the estate agency on an exceptional basis. 
He/she has no mandate either to sell or search for properties. 
The business introducer represents that his/her usual professional activity does not prohibit him/her from acting as a business introducer and that he/she does not engage in competing activities.
