De ce fait, il renonce express&eacute;ment et irr&eacute;vocablement &agrave; tous recours &agrave; l&rsquo;encontre de l&rsquo;agence immobili&egrave;re si cette derni&egrave;re ne devait pas percevoir les sommes factur&eacute;es, notamment en raison d&rsquo;un diff&eacute;rend contractuel ou bien de la non-r&eacute;it&eacute;ration de la promesse unilat&eacute;rale de vente par un acte authentique.&nbsp;

It is clearly agreed that the payment of the commission to the business introducer will only be due after the reiteration of the unilateral promise to sell by notarised deed and once the fees have been received by the estate agency. 
Under no circumstances may the business introducer invoke any claim for payment until the reiteration by notarised deed and the payment of fees to the estate agency have been made. 
Consequently, he/she expressly and irrevocably waives all recourse against the estate agency if the latter does not receive the sums invoiced, in particular due to a contractual dispute or the non-reiteration of the unilateral promise of sale by a notarised deed.
